You can view and negotiate offers in your account. In order to view them, log in to your account and then click on the Offers button in your account and then on My Rights Offers, There you'll see all the offers you have created on the platform. You can view the licensor's response by clicking on the little envelope with the appropriate Order or License number. This will open your request and any communication history relating to it.
